Address Doctor uses reference data files provided by our data providers. It is encrypted and can be read only by the AD software.
I am not quite sure what "Mailing House" is. Can you please explain on that? What kind of privacy information are you looking for?

Well, the idea behind asking this question was mainly the data privacy for our clients! For example, if we are getting millions of records in an excel sheet or which ever format from our client - this data needs to be protected and we have to be certain that wahtever software we run it through, it does get shared or leaked in any way. We are bound to protect the data privacy of our clients!
From the looks of it, AD does the job in the right way!
By mailing house - i meant the normal mailing houses that are used to send out Posts in the UK - they normally have the updated address list of everyone living in the UK so we use them to send out any correspondence to our customers.
