1- If you have different connection times between environments maybe the client is not in the same network than your PROD or the machine have different ressources or the MRS is more important and create this slowness.
2- About the export from DEV to PRD, did you use the export option or did you copy/paste in Developer. When you use the export/import functionality your are able to set up new connections.
About the mapping execution, when you execute a mapping from Developer (if Developer is connect to different domains), you need to use the advanced run to select the DIS in PRD (if the default DIS is the DIS DEV). You will have to create Mapping Run configuration.
Thanks & Regards.
Thanks for your answer.
1) We are checking network issue.
2) Yes thanks, i found with u'r suggestion the Run Advance Mapping. Now i got this
INFO: com.informatica.sdk.dtm.ExecutionException: [LDTM_0072] CMN_1022 Database driver error...
CMN_1022 [Database driver event...Error occurred loading library [libclntsh.so.11.1: cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory]Database driver event...Error occurred loading library [libpmora8.so]]
I already created the soft link like https://kb.informatica.com/solution/23/Pages/60/505807.aspx
lrwxrwxrwx 1 oracle dba 12 Sep 14 2017 libclntsh.so.10.1 -> libclntsh.so

Current variable on infaadm (owner of IDQ installation)
To check library dependency you need to follow to first check everything is ok outside Informatica.
To do so, you need to open a UNIX session with the same Unix user which is running Informatica processes and with the same environment variables set. Then you go to $INFA_HOME/server/bin, and run the command ldd libpmora8.so . You can run this command on every library the DIS cannot load.
When you have all necessary dependency loading, please do restart the domain to apply any environment variables you had to set up and try to run the mapping again.
Thanks & Regards.
Sorry again, if i create some confusion about question but
1) in DEV environment from the same client connection to repository need less than 1 minute. In PRD it takes 15-20min
We checked that all port was open, what do you mean with "connection times"? We got 2 connection (1 dev - 1 prd) with the same name to different schema ofc.
I meant the time it is taking to connect is different (1 minute for DEV and 15 minutes for PROD).
I understand from the same machine (where Developer is running), you can connect really quickly to the DEV but not to the PROD.
I will recommend you to check if this slowness cannot be caused by PROD and DEV been in a different network or PROD machine ressources or the MRS database in PROD.
Do all actions in Developer are slow (open / save objects ) when working on PROD?
If open and save actions are slow in Developer, do you see the same in Analyst ?
Please also review all difference the services can have between PROD and DEV in term of memory (in Admin console/ property of the service page).
The weird thing is that from Developer Client all this are slow, connect > Running mapping > test etc.
From analyst web browser for example, i can easily run data viewer in few second.
Analyst and Developer both use DIS and MRS but are two distinct clients.
Additionally Analyst is running on the same server than the DIS and MRS usually so an issue on the network will not affect the Analyst.
For Developer it is different (as you are running it on a different machine), can you ping the server on which the domain is running from the machine where the Developer is installed ?
Do you notice any slowness ?
You can compare with a ping to the dev environment.
I can ping w/o any issue the server machine from my cmd. on pinging i didnt found any slowness. I also create another workspace in order to check if more than one domain could create any problem but it didnt work.
(Really thanks for your help)
If you see no slowness outside the Developer client on the Windows machine running it, we can try to increase the memory on the Developer side and use the clean option as well.
Please follow the 2 KB articles below and let me know if it helps.
-> Increase Developer memory (Xmx value):
-> Use clean option:
Tried both options, with an empty workspace, same problem.
What can i check on DB or MRS?
We also checking networking issue (Route, something else?)
EDIT: DIS settings are the same on both environment
were you able to fix this issue? We are experiencing something that sounds like same case.
There are several problems described in this old thread,
Can you please let us know the symptoms that youre experiencing along with the any errors.
It might be best to open a new thread and upload the latest errors.
