TDM 10.2 - PowerCenter Integration Service on GRID

    Noor Basha Shaik Guru

      Hi all,

Wanted to check if you have implemented TDM (Data Masking module) by configuring the TDM service against a PowerCenter Integration Service that runs on GRID (say, 2 nodes).

Is there a need to mount the 'infa_shared' local directory and make it shareable by both the nodes?

What are your experiences around such setup...

      appreciate the response..

      BR,

      Noor.

          Adding to this:

Article#314783 from the knowledge base says that the combination of TDM Service, PCRS, PCIS can be installed on multiple nodes that are joined to one domain.

I plan to setup 2 nodes each of 8 CPU Cores (virtual). Horizontally they can scale upto maximum 12 CPU Cores (virtual); that's the limitation on the number of cores of a VM on my side.

Number of data stores could be around 400 with tight deadlines to provide masked data to test environments during general releases of the projects.

          Best Regards,

          Noor.
