    Validation Service not mapping back to lead record

      When we validate a particular number, there is nothing that maps back to the lead to show that the number is invalid or valid. We have the webhook set up with the required field mappings, but I'm wondering if there is another piece we're missing.

       

      I would like to walk through our entire integration with a support team member so that I can confirm we have everything in line.

       

      This is an urgent issue, as a major campaign of ours is dependent on SMS marketing.

      I've spoken with Brett, our Account Manager to communicate the urgency.
