What do you mean? What's the purpose of this meeting? A job interview? A potential project engagement? Something else?
As long as we don't know the circumstances, we can't respond to your question.
its a job interview and i am having 3 years of experience. and the client will be calling from onsite. so what kind of questions should i expect.
Oh, then I'm sorry, I'm definitely the wrong person to answer this question. My last job interview about technical details was back in 1996.
No, honestly, I can't give any good "technical" advice here. It always depends on what exactly an organisation is doing with PowerCenter. It's still a good ETL tool, and it's still used for many DWH installations. But that's by far not all.
The only general advice I can give you is to be honest with them, tell them what you've done during the past three years, what you have learned (from a high-level view), what you expect from working for them, and (once more) to be honest.
It may be that they currently don't have a position where you fit in really well. That's definitely not your fault.
It may be that you would fit from a technical point of view but that the interviewer doesn't like your style. That's definitely not your fault either.
It may be that you would fit to a certain extent but that you lack experience in one or the other area what they are looking for. Then it depends on whether the interviewer is smart or mean. If he's smart, he will ask his peers what they think about you. If he's mean, he'll be too lazy to do this. Either way it's not your fault.
As long as you are honest towards them, they will always keep you in memory as an honest and trustworthy person. And next time they (or the headhunter in charge) has a position that you look good for, they will contact you. That's the best possible situation for you.
Also, to name it very harsh and frankly: me and my colleagues have encountered numerous situations where we were called to clean up a mess delivered by some other people. Often those were people not experienced enough for the job, but they were hired because they were cheap. Please don't become one of those chaps.
