For XSLT transformation, you can create a BPEL process using process developer and run it on the cloud or the agent . Process developer provides custom functions such as - bpel:doXslTransform for this purpose :
Hope that helps.
Could you give me a sample of what this would look like in process developer, to get me started? Also, can I call this BPEL process as a sub-process in another process?
I have written a knowledge base article on this topic which also has a sample. However, it is not published yet. Will let you know as soon as it is published and we will proceed further.
I managed to deploy this to our secure agent and had a few test runs without faults. From there, how can we reuse this object to process other XSLT/XML files? And how do we call this deployed process from an ICRT process?
I have a requirement to read xslt file in Informatica cloud. And i got your link page, but when i tried to click on your link, it says, "This content is no longer available".
I looked in entire KB, but nothing is coming out.
Can you please share / reshare this link, as where i can find this?
This link is not working anymore:
Please could you provide an alternate link?
I have a complex XSLT which I am planning to re-use else I will have to write an equivalent XQuery expression which will be very complex. Thanks in anticipation.
The KB # 501337 has been archived and is no longer available. That article described the use of bpel:doXslTransform which is a built in function available in Informatica process developer.
You can download and install the informatica process developer on your local machine and try this function in a BPEL process . Here is the documentation link on this function:
Hope this helps.
