1. Re: Where can I find libraries for C#
Thirunavukkarasu Selvaraj Apr 28, 2016 8:33 AM (in response to Anitha00u17hmffat1luDbL1d8)Hi Anitha,
If you are licensed for .NET/C#, please creating a shipping request for the .NET libraries for UM 6.9. The .NET/C# package is an add-on package to be installed on top of the UMS/UMP/UMQ package.
P.S.: I hope you meant UMP_6.9_Win2k-x86_64-install, not UMP_6.9_Linux-glibc-2.5-x86_64.sh as mentioned in the description.
Cheers!

Anitha00u17hmffat1luDbL1d8 Apr 28, 2016 8:47 AM (in response to Thirunavukkarasu Selvaraj)Hi Thiru,
Thanks for your response. Yes I am a Licensed user. How do I create a shipping request to get this .Net API? We got the download link with UMP and UMS but nothing else..
Sorry about the cut and paste mistake in the install name... Yes it is UMP_6.9_Win2k-x86_64-install that was installed...

Thirunavukkarasu Selvaraj Apr 29, 2016 2:30 AM (in response to Anitha00u17hmffat1luDbL1d8)Hi Anitha,
If you or one of your colleagues have a Informatica support login credentials, please login to http://network.informatica.com and select 'Online Support'. Here you can create a shipping request. It's the same procedure as getting the download links. In the future, when requesting for UM product download links, please explicitly state the need for .NET libraries too.
Cheers!

I work with Anitha. I am not sure what is meant my support credentials. Is that the user Id that is used to login to network.informatica.com? I logged in to the site "network.informatica.com" and don't see any link marked as "Online Support".
We got a username and password to download the software. Other than that, we have no credentials. We responded to the email we received from Daniel Kim and Robert Arcala (whose signature has Logististics Analyst as his role). We are waiting for a response since the last 2 days.
thanks.

Sherwin Clutter Apr 29, 2016 8:24 AM (in response to Hitendra00u17c8wa3mmzt5ua1d8)The login and password which are given to access the download links are temporary.
The only registered user for your project is currently Louis.
I will be working on the separate email chain to our sales team to address the project contacts.
From the download links which were provided, the C# (or .NET) installers are located in the UMS zip file. The .NET installers are valid for UMS, UMP, and UMQ versions of the product. The current packaging is somewhat confusing and I working that issue with the R&D team for future releases.
