Review the IS and domain logs.
I did check the domain and IS log.
There is nothing in domain log and above posted error is the error that we got in IS log .
I had something similar but it was with the Powerexchange Teradata PT connection type.
For that in the session properties for the target I had to specify (override) the work, log and err table names.
It is a known bug with informatica and teradata client.
