I haven’t seen this behavior before. This could be with your browser settings. Can you try accessing the Administrator console URL in a different browser which was configured in English?
Also run the env command and send the output if your Domain is running on UNIX.
If you’re Domain in running on Windows, then run set command and send us the output.
