    delete and re-create the admin user to fix error

      We are running Informatica 9.1.0 Hotfix 2 and ran into a problem where all of our Informatica jobs failed with the error: "User [admin] does not have sufficient privilege for this operation".  Over the weekend, there were server patches applied to our Production Server.  In the past, when this error occurred, we were told to delete the "admin" user in Informatica, and re-create it.  This solved our problem.  Does anyone know why this error occurs or how to prevent it from happening in the future?
