Synchronization Task Example

Configure a synchronization task to read ListAchievements data from Litmos and write to a flat file.
You perform the following synchronization tasks:
Define the synchronization task.
Configure a synchronization task to use the insert operation.
Use a Litmos source object.
The source for the mapping is a Litmos connection that contains the ListAchievements object. The Litmos object is a single source in the synchronization task. Specify ListAchievements as the resource for the source object.
Create a flat file target object.
Select the fields from the source object that you want to insert into the target object. Select a flat file connection and a .csv file for the target object. The synchronization task writes the data to the flat file. You can also use an existing target object.
Specify a data filter for the Litmos source object
Define a data filter for the ListAchievements object. For example, you can filter by UserId Equals ' ce2bm_5dwSk1' .
Configure a field mapping.
Map all the fields in the ListAchievements source data to all the fields in the target object. The synchronization application writes the mapped source data to the flat file.
The following image shows the mapping of the ListAchievements source with the target in the Field Mapping tab:
