We suggest you to open a case with Informatica support so that they can have a look at the addresses and provide you with suggestions.
The addresses with MatchCode Ix means that most of the information provided in the Input fields are incorrect and it can not be corrected further. IX status addresses should be revisited and modified. You can also try to validate these addresses in the Suggestion list mode and check the suggestion generated for each addresses and correct it accordingly.

You seem to use Batch mode for validation - this mode does not correct addresses / suggest improvements. It is very limited to the amount of correction / addition it can do (e.g. fix a simply typos).
You should have a look at the "Interactive"/"Fast Completion" mode.
For the address having match code as Ix -I1,I2,I3 it means data is not getting validated AV has just parsed the input data and gave the output. As mentioned by Andre Batch mode will not suggest the improvements please explore the Interactive/ Fast completion modes and you can use the suggestions as input in order to validate the address.
