Do you have a special character in any of the passwords configured on the agent (e.g. proxy password)?
I see this error in the scripts logs
'x89' is not recognized as an internal or external command,
for info the x89 char is the "perthousand" symbol
Furthermore, can you please check that the user currently logged in on windows has sufficient privileges to change the status of the IICS Agent service?
Looks like the service statuses are not reflected as expected ,hence the options are disabled ,
In case the options were visible earlier ,please check Agentcore log for any further exceptions.
Since script log alone is not sufficient to investigate further.
