This might be a one-off issue, Thank you for reporting the same. Before getting into the depth of the issue, a couple of recommendations from our end we'd like for you to try and see if it works:
1. The browser that you're using - Chrome OR FireFox (please ensure to clear cache or try incognito)
2. Did you try searching by the KB ID or through the URLs? We want to understand if the issue is search releated.
3. Is there a case for this issue?

I am using Chrome and it works with Incognito.
