-> Is this issue seen with all the connections or with Amazon S3 V2 connection only?
-> Do you have a Secure Agent registered to your org? Please share the screnshot of the same.
Please validate if you have "Runtime Environment Selection" license in your Org.
If so please go to Administrator -> RuntimeEnv -> Enable/Disable Components in Agent Groups
>Go to Connectors
>See if the Amazon S3 v2 connector is enabled there, if not please enable it and try creating the connection again.
Hope this helps. Let us know if the issue perists.
This seems to happen for any connection.
The Account is just a trial / personal account setup to complete a Snowflake hands on lab.
There is no secure agent on my local machine, I was intending to set up the s3 connection to run against the Informatica Cloud hosted agent.
snowflake and s3 connector license is available in the add-on connectors section
I'm completely new to this so any help is greatly appreciated.
Hi Zack ,
Please add the Snowflake and S3 connector in your org and check if that works.
If still the agent is not available please raise a support ticket since the agent might not have added correctly.
