Yesterday this was not an issue. Today it is.
When the address validation api is called from our software (Dynamics CRM) we're getting an "undefined" response. It appears that the license is valid, and the response is valid. But the browsers are not interpreting the response and it comes back as undefined.
Have any changes been made on the Informatica side that may cause this? If it was one browser, ok. But it's all of them. No changes have been made on this side.

Has something has changed on the Informatica server side that is causing the issue in all the browsers?

Do you see this issue for all the addresses or any particular address? Are you able to consistently replicate the issue?
Can you try sending the request for the problematic address through an external client like SOAP UI or Postman and let me know if you still see the same issue?
Also provide the URL that you are using to access the API.
