Rest connector do not support Oauth 2.0 by default.
Workaround is to make the 1st call (using key, secret, refresh token or whatever is applicable) and fetch the access token. And then make the actual rest call (2nd call) with access toke.
Same workaround is applicable in Rest v2 connector also and easy to implement the same.
Thank you for your support.
Would you tell me about the workaround in detail?
I cannot understand how to make two Rest calls.
How would you do this in Informatica Cloud Data Integration (aka ICS)?
I need to contact you regarding this. Myself Also need to perform the same logic as you have shown in your screenshot, please help me out that. : my requirement also same "REST where you include any key in the URL for the call to the REST API. The outcome of this you should send to the second REST API call."
please contact me : 9500145255 (email@example.com) or please provide your details.
Thanks in Advance,
I guess more or less the same. If you have the Powercenter mapping, you can upload it to IICS and see how it looks like. As far as I know, the IICS supports OAuth2.0 only for the REST consuming process..
hi @Reza, Have you used Bearer Authentication in http transformation. Can you explain the steps for the configuration. I am getting 400 bad request error.
