You can use the advanced properties of target where you can override the Path mentioned in connection and the file name.

I had looked at the manual link and I could check regarding azure V2 connector.
I verified together Informatica support that some connectors are no longer supported, Azure v2 is one of these.
I have made some teste using the Azure Gen2 and we could get greats results using the advanced path override but, we are using taskflows to reuse mapping task and we need to create a new folder each execution.
Unfortunately, the gave solution, won't work for my case.
We are creating a python script using Azure SKD to make it possible.
So soon, I hope to post it here to help further people/projects.
