You mentioned that you try to run the SQL Transformation in Query mode.
What are the exact queries which you feed into the SQLT that way?
Make sure the DSN has the following in the odbc.ini:

The SQL transformation works fine if I replace the insert statement with the below.
insert into CASE_STAT values (1,2);
insert into CASE_STAT values (3,4);
Yep, known problem (and this is not the fault of Informatica, it's a generic problem with this kind of statements):
You can issue EITHER "select" statements via a SQLT, OR you can use other statements. You should never try to mix them in one SQLT. That simply can't work.
It seems that INSERT values is working, but the sub select in the INSERT is not working.
Please attach a verbose DATA session log to this discussion.
Also, it might be good to open a case with Infa support.
