Are you getting any error in the synchronizer log ?
Also when you are inserting records into the NSA table can you please make sure the sequence number is higher then the previous one you processed ?

I don't have any error in the Synchronizer log.
actually if I insert one row in NSA table and later start up the synchronizer the record in the NSA table is gone, but If I send a second record and the synchronizer is up, when a try to select to NSA table don´t give me back the record and the table is lock until I go down IIR services. Just happend with one System, the other system is working well.

I would request you to open a case with Informatica support to get this resolved.
