you can download the Hotfix in Informatica Network:
1) Click on Hotfix Links under the Quick Links section on the Home page
2) From the Hotfix Downloads page, select the relevant product, version,OS Processor etc which you want to the Hotfix
3) Before clicking the Hotfix link, ensure you make a note of the User name and Password provided on the top of the page.
The download looks to be available from the following location: https://network.informatica.com/community/informatica-network/products/data_integration/informatica_platform/blog/2016/04/24/informatica-961-hotfix-4-is-now-available.
However when clicking on the download link we get the following error message
‘Oops! We can't seem to find the page you were looking for. ERROR CODE: 404
I don't know where you have found this link but in my opinion this is not the right one.
When I am following the step in my previous post I am able to download the installer package without any issues.

Thank you for your help Sven, I don't want to make you lose your time. It seems to be related with privileges. I'll need to contact Informatica directly to upgrade my account somehow.
Do you happen to know how to ask for get my account with better privileges?
Probably the best bet is to call your next Global Customer Support office via phone and talk to them. They should be able to either help you directly or tell you what to do exactly.
I don't see you as registered read/write contact on our project. Only valid contacts will have permission to open a case or download HF from the site. Please send me the project number that you are associated with and we could make necessary permission changes and you should be all good to go. I am happy to help , if you have the details handy.
You will get the same response even if you call Support :-)
