I am new to Proactive Monitoring for PowerCenter Operations. I have Proactive Monitoring, Rulepoint, and RTAM installed on Redhat Linux. We were told that Proactive Monitoring can detect a workflow that is suspended, interrogate the session log for the error, and restart the workflow from task if appropriate.
Does anyone have an example or can you point me in the right direction?
Through the "PowerCenter Web Service Hub Workflow Control Response" response we can achieve this. There is a rule "PC_OS11 Session is not responding for the specified SLA of 15 minutes" which is using this response to restart the workflow.
