App3 Data Center move has been Cancelled. We will not need to move App3 and no further action is required for App3 customers.
We will be moving the data center for App2 on 9/16. The migration should be seamless to you, and there will be no product changes. If you currently whitelist Informatica Cloud IP addresses, you will need to whitelist the new IP addresses before the data center move. For you to validate your whitelisting, we will have the pre-release environment available for your testing. You can login to https://icoss1.informaticacloud.com/ma/ with your login from production, download an agent and run a few jobs to make sure your whitelist IP’s are working in the pre-release, which is in the new data center.

Why are we moving data centers?
The new data center has the latest infrastructure and can provide room for growth, higher availability and reliability.
Will there be any product changes?
No, we will not be making any changes to the product during this move. This is not a release of any product, and there will be no product enhancements or changes during the move.
Is there an update of the agent?
- The agent will not be changed in any way. There are no application, patch, package or agent updates during this move.
Do I have to whitelist the IPs to run jobs after the migration?
You only must whitelist the IP’s if you had to do this for the current data center. We strongly recommend using the pre-release agent and testing connectivity to verify and validate your organization’s readiness.
When will Pre-Release be available?
Pre-release environment for App2, App3: July 31st through Aug 18th
When is the Data Center migration?
Data Center migration for App3 Pod: Sept 9th
Data Center migration for App2 Pod: Sept 16th
Will there be a downtime?
Yes, the downtime will be from 7:00 AM – 9:00 AM Pacific on the day of your Pod’s migration. During this time the server will be unavailable.
What should we test to confirm connectivity in pre-release?
You can test all systems connecting to Informatica Cloud:
- Secure Agent – Should be able to connect to ICS Server and come up successfully
- Browser access to Informatica Cloud from within your organization network.
- Runajob Utility – Or other applications calling Informatica Cloud REST API
- Test Salesforce.com connections – which have API set less than 31.0 and Two factor authentication enabled on Salesforce (connection will not have Security Token field populated)
