Informatica introduces the latest evolution of the master-data fuelled application: Informatica MDM – Supplier 360 version 10.4.
MDM - Supplier 10.4 delivers new functionalities and enhancements that help buyers efficiently collaborate with suppliers and improve the ability to assess their compliance, performance, and risks.
In addition to the full capabilities of Multidomain 10.4, some of the innovations in Supplier 360 include:
With the MDM Portal Configuration tool, it’s easy to customize the newly built supplier portal and to create custom portals based on business needs. Customers can use the tool to create or edit pages, control access to pages based on state management and roles, or add predefined components to the pages.
The Supplier Portal provides a new look and feel to suppliers who manage their master data and product-related information in the Supplier Portal. The Supplier Portal supports 8 languages and can be extended to any language.
Out-of-the-box task management KPIs and the ability to create new reports on a data steward dashboard, increase efficiency and improve stewardship through greater visibility to key metrics for task management and workflows.
A new action named “Send Back” allows a manager during the approval process to send back the application to the supplier. The supplier can update the application and return it for approval. In addition to this, a data steward can save changes in draft state.
Customers can enrich supplier data with Supplier Profile and Supplier Risk information provided Dun & Bradstreet (D&B) to manage the most reliable suppliers and protect their business against risk and prevent business disruption. With the out-of-the-box Supplier Risk Widget, customers can view the supplier risk ratings on the supplier dashboard.
