July 5th will see the second “hotfix” release of the Informatica Data Replication product of Version 9.7.0. This release is aimed to provide further stability to existing users of the IDR product. Mostly providing PAM, bug fixes or security enhancements on top of IDR V9.7.0. Updates include the following:

    • Added support for MS SQL-Server 2017
    • Added support for Teradata 16.20, 16.10, & 16.0
    • Added support for HP Vertica 9.x & 8.x
    • Added support for Greenplum 5.x
    • Added support for Netezza 7.2
    • Added support for PostgreSQL 10.x
    • Added support for Apache Kafka 1,0, 0.11, & 0.10
    • Added support for Cloudera Versions 5.14 and lower
    • Added support for Horton Works Versions 2.6 and lower


  • Security updates
    • Application Logout Terminates User Session 
    • Idle Session Timeouts Correctly      
    • Secured SQL Injection processing
    • Improved Hashing Algorithm
    • New SM Advanced Property to help further protect sensitive data
