In B2B Data Exchange 9.6.2 Informatica continues to develop Partners Portal Collaboration capabilities. The Partners Portal now offers self-service capabilities for collaborative on-boarding.
The release includes the following features and enhancements:
Partners Portal On-boarding
Partners can view and update their B2B Data Exchange message profiles, and B2B Data Exchange Operators can review Partner changes, and approve or reject them. Partners can view their endpoint communication settings, and configure their password for FTP hosted by B2B Data Exchange.
Partners Portal User Groups
The B2B Data Exchange administrator can assign Portal users to Portal User Groups and configure relevant permissions.
You can use standard regular expressions together with file name patterns to identify the files that B2B Data Exchange processes.
Delayed Processing - Pass Original Event ID
You can select to pass the original Event ID to the PowerCenter workflow.
SLA Rules in Partners Portal
The B2B Data Exchange administrator can select the SLA rules to hide or display in the Partners Portal.

With the new DX Partners Portal, trading partners can securely track and monitor their B2B Data Exchange processes. The Partners Portal contains a graphical Dashboard that displays a real time view of the status of Data Exchange messages, event trends over time, the file processing success rate, and the top three SLA warnings. With the Portal Monitoring Event List, partners can view, filter, sort, and search the DX events, and drill down to view further details and attached files.

Enhanced data access permissions
Enhanced data access permissions allows the organization to manage data access permissions on a lower level than a partner. It allows the organization to manage permissions on account and/or profile level.
Informatica Data Transformation ACORD library has been updated to support the latest AL3 version and ACORD XML data to ACORD MDM data model. In addition to the updated library support, Data Transformation now supports the conversion of XML to Java bean XML.
B2B Data Exchange 9.5.0 offers the following new and enhanced capabilities:
Dashboard and Reports
9.5 extended dashboard, provides a visual, high level view on B2B Data Exchange processes.
The dashboard includes extended list of charts with filtering capabilities. it is highly personalized and customizable.
Use the Dashboard to view summary information about B2B Data Exchange event processing on some pre-calculated key performance indicators (KPIs) such as: Processing time, Number of event, Number of Error events and custom KPIs, that are uploaded to the B2B Data Exchange operational data store from the run-time B2B Data Exchange repository .
Event Archiving with Data Archive
You can use the B2B Data Exchange accelerator for Data Archive to archive events from the main B2B Data Exchange repository.
With the B2B Data Exchange accelerator, you can use Data Archive to define advanced archive project using an extended list of parameters (for example: event status, event type etc).
Use Data Exchange operation console to view archived events that reside in the history data base.
Audit Trail Enhancement
You can use the enhanced audit trail to track actions that operators perform on objects in the Operation Console or the command line utilities.
Each audit record contains detailed information about the action and the object, such as the action type, the name
of the user that performed the action and detailed view of what was changed.
You can use the authorization functionality to comply with the organization need to control and monitor changes before they are applied to B2B Data Exchange repository. You can require approval of actions that operators perform in the Operation Console on partners, accounts, and profiles. You define authorization levels for different actions or objects.
