Today, we are excited to announce our acquisition of all assets of SynQ. SynQ, as you may know, was a boutique Informatica partner for many years and is a data integration platform that offers connectors to ServiceNow on Informatica Intelligent Cloud Services that your organization currently uses. This acquisition now means that Informatica will directly sell and support the connector. We believe this acquisition is positive for all our customers allowing Informatica to offer superior support and innovate faster in the ServiceNow cloud ecosystem.

Informatica is pleased to announce the launch of our new status page, http://status.informatica.com!

 

Status.informatica.com displays the production status of all publicly-hosted Informatica cloud products. All planned maintenance updates are posted to this status page, and during an unscheduled outage, it will have the most current information. To ensure you are notified of updates and outages in real time, you can subscribe to all cloud products, individual cloud products, specific incidents/outages, or to any changes to the site. Subscribing to the site is the best way to be certain you never miss an update!

 

To subscribe, simply go to http://status.informatica.com and click the blue ‘SUBSCRIBE TO UPDATES’ button.

 

 

  

You can then choose to receive notifications sent as emails, SMS text messages, webhooks, RSS feeds, or any combination.

 

The old trust site, trust.informaticacloud.com/status, is still up and is still broadcasting usage metrics, but going forward, all product updates will be posted only on the new status page. The old site will be phased out over the next couple of months as we migrate the metrics to status.informatica.com.
